Wedding Card – April Card Class

By | April 4, 2014

Hi there

Here’s the second card we made at card class this week.  The request was for a wedding card.  I don’t have any wedding stamp sets so used tone-on-tone, texture and punches for this one.  It’s based on this card but with my own take added in.

I decided to stamp the card with the ‘flecks’ stamp from Gorgeous Grunge.  I’ve stamped it in Crumb Cake and it’s come out looking like gold flecks which is perfect.  The card base and front are Naturals White – my favourite card stock at the moment.  Instead of linen thread I’ve used the new gold baker’s twine.
Supplies:
Stamp set – Gorgeous Grunge, Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Card Stock – Naturals White, Gold Foil
Ink – Crumb Cake
Other – Gold Embossing Powder, Gold Bakers Twine, Heart Punch, Word Window Punch, Modern Label Punch, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Glue Dots, Dimensionals

It’s been a long week so I’m going to head to bed shortly – have a great weekend.
