Today’s card is one I created for a friend’s special birthday last month. I saw a card that Kate Morgan had created using the Balloon Builders set and I knew I had to CASE it.  My friend loves baking so this was perfect – a Macaroon tower cake.
I forgot to write down all the colours I used but I think they were Perfect Plum, Peekaboo Peach, Pool Party, Basic Black, Sweet Sugarplum, Flirty Flamingo, Bermuda Bay and Soft Sky. Â It took a bit of time (at patience) as I needed to clean my stamp before stamping the next one but it was worth it. Â I used 1/8″ Gold Ribbon in-between the layers of macaroons – this helped me keep my macaroons straight (well almost).
