Hi there
As promised here is the second card the ladies made at last weeks class. This card is a great one to make when you need to use up scraps of Designer Series Paper (DSP).

Hi there
It’s meant to be Spring today but I think somebody forgot to tell the weather that winter is over – it’s been cold and wet here today in Auckland. Hopefully my card will cheer you up:)
Last week I had a card class and we made two cards. The first one uses the cute set Pictogram Punches. I love this set that it coordinates with the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack – makes is SO easy to cut out the shapes.
Check back tomorrow for the second card we did.
Hi there
I hope you’ve had a good weekend despite the cold wet weather. I’ve had two good afternoon’s crafting but can’t show you what I’ve made just yet – sorry about that :).
Here’s a card I made the other week which I CASED from Julia Carmichael. It uses the lovely set – Wetlands.
And here’s a side view so you can see the layers. The bottom square is 1 1/4″ and the top one is 1″. I’ve used dimensionals to attach the squares to the base and also between the layers.
I stamped the whole image then cut it up into 1″ squares. I still have left overs of the image to make another couple of cards.
Supplies:
Stamps – Wetlands, Hey You (my ‘go to’ sentiment set)
Card Stock – Pool Party, Whisper White
Ink – Soft Suede
Other – Soft Suede Taffeta Ribbon, Sponge, Dimensionals, Simply Scored

Hi there and welcome to the first Creative Inkers Blog Hop 🙂
With the new Holiday Catalogue going live tomorrow we thought we’d give you a sneak peak at some of the wonderful new products that will be available.
If you’ve been following the blog hop you will have come from Narelle Hoggard’s blog or you may have just joined my page. If you get ‘lost’ there’s a list of all the blogs at the bottom of this post. Now on with my project:
This is the card I made for our recent team swap using the new photopolymer set – Wondrous Wreath.
This is a two step stamping set (stamp the base image first then position and stamp the overlay or adjoining stamp) and it’s so easy to stamp the second (and third) stamps with the clear photopolymer stamps – I love them. The great thing about this set is that it has a coordinating framelit set so cutting out the wreath and the bow are easy. The set also come with the words ‘Joy’ and ‘Noel’. My greeting on the inside comes from the set Bright & Beautiful.

Hi there
It’s my bosses birthday today and he’s just bought himself a new road bike which he brought into the office the other day. I had an idea I’d like to make his card with a bike on it but I don’t own any ‘bike’ stamps. My wonderful friend and fellow demo Julia has an e-cutter so I asked her a favour and this is what ‘we’ have created. Thanks Julia 🙂
Hi there
Yesterday we celebrated my SIL’s birthday (her actual birthday was last Tuesday) and this is the card and gift I created for her.
The card uses the lovely Hostess set ‘Bloom with Hope’ and I’ve coloured it in with my Blendabilities. I wanted to make a fancy fold card so have gone with an extended Circle Thinlits card which also holds part of the present – a gift voucher.
As the gift is to be redeemed at a later date I needed something for her to open so I made some boxes with the new Gift Box Punch Board. You can make a whole heap of different sized boxes – I’ve made three ranging from the smallest (1 3/4″ square) to the largest (4″ square).
The smallest contained four marshmallows, the middle box contained four hot chocolate sachets and the largest contained a bag of the new raspberry M & M’s. Do you see a theme running here? And the voucher is for an evening out for coffee and cake – yum.
Supplies:
Stamp – Bloom with Hope, Hey You
Card Stock – Rich Razzleberry, Perfect Plum, Elegant Eggplant, Whisper White
Ink – Rich Razzleberry, Momento Black
Blendabilities – Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive
DSP – Rich Razzleberry, Perfect Plum, Elegant Eggplant (retired)
Other – Circle Card Thinlits, Wide Oval Punch, Gift Box Punch Board, Rich Razzleberry Grosgrain Ribbon (retired)
Hi there
Last Saturday we had our team training and this is the card we made using one of the new stamp sets – Wondrous Wreath – from the upcoming Holiday Catalogue. This stamp set has a coordinating Framelit set which makes it easy to ‘cut’ out. I changed my ‘door’ from being plain white to having a ‘woodgrain’ look. Do you like the colour of the ‘door’ handle? I wonder who lives behind this door! Thanks to Bernie for tying my wonderful florist bow 🙂
The panels on the door are 1 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ and 1 1/2″ x 3″.
Supplies:
Stamp Set – Wondrous Wreath, Hardwood
Card Stock – Real Red, Whisper White
Ink – Pear Pizzaz, Wild Wasabi, Real Red, Crumb Cake
Other – Wonderful Wreath Framelits, Real Red Taffeta Ribbon, Daffodil Delight Candy Dot and Brad Base, Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details
Hi there
Well it’s not long now till our Holiday Catalogue goes live (28 August) so I thought I’d share a project I made using the new Gift Box Punch Board.
I’ve made this card and box for my wonderful courier driver who delivers my lovely Big Brown Boxes (BBB) full of Stampin’ Up! goodies. I’m sure he’ll get a surprise to find something for him when he next leaves a BBB for me – hopefully tomorrow 🙂
This box was so easy to make and will be great for making quick chocolate holders! This one holds 6 Whittaker mini slabs.
Supplies:
Stamp Set – Hey You
Card Stock – Basic Black, Whisper White
DSP – Kaleidoscope (retired)
Other – Gift Box Punch Board, Artisan Punch
Hi there
Just a quick post before I head off babysitting (and prepping for my team swap).
Here are the two cards we made last week at my card class. This months theme was Father’s Day (which is Sunday 7th September here in NZ) and a card for a teenager.

This set comes with the card die and 9 additional pieces:
